Yes I can't wait! How long before you ship my order?
Worry not. We are fast as lightning. Orders that come in before 23:59, go out that very same day. Who needs sleep anyway? Only exceptions are public holidays. We love them too much.
How long does it take for a package to arrive?
In The United Kingdom delivery is overnight. Only on Sundays there are never any deliveries, so Saturday's orders arrive the following week. In the table you can find your expected lead-time. And: off course you get a shipping confirmation by e-mail, so you know exactly when to watch that door.
I live outside the EU, what should I know about VAT and import duties?
All prices include the local VAT. If you're outside the EU, you may have to pay local tax or import duties. If your order is not accepted, know that we have to charge you for the additional shipping, duties and return costs. Therefore we highly recommend you educate yourself on this at your local authorities. Sorry, we also wish it was easier.
Do I need to pay for shipping when I order at TOV?
No, most of the times you don’t. Full service is how we roll. Our standard delivery is FREE of charge. As long as you meet the minimum order value of €50, shipping is on us. For smaller orders, the standard delivery fee is €2,95.
