Our standard delivery is free of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €50. For smaller orders, the standard delivery fee is only €2,95.
We are as fast as lightning. Orders that come in today before 23:59, go out today. Who needs sleep anyway? Only exceptions are public holidays. We love them too much.
In the United Kingdom delivery is overnight. Only Sundays are skipped, so Saturday's orders arrive the following week.

Head straight to the online return portal and fill in your order number and e-mail address manually. Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

What is your return policy?
To make your gifting stress-free, we have now extended our return-window for any TOV purchase. More time to make sure everything’s perfect! 🎁
In the rare case your TOV arrived damaged, let us know immediately. We will set things straight.
Do I pay for the return shipments?
Usually not, this varies by country for a return shipment. Always use our carrier and register the return through our portal. If your country is eligible for return shipping costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount. See the table for more information.

Sad: I have returned my TOV. What happens next?
We will write you as soon as we’ve received your package. If your TOV is in good condition (if not, we’ll give you a call) we get you your cash back ASAP. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method as you had used to pay for the product. We hope to see you again at TOV in the future.

We give a 2 years warranty on all jewellery. The warranty does NOT apply to: breakage or loss, to damage due to improper use, to damage due to a modification or repair by a third party, to damage from water, fire or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, to discoloration due to high acidity of the skin, the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray and to discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
